Seo-yeon Kim is a South Korean human resources leader with extensive experience in multinational talent strategy, cross-cultural team building, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Head of Global Talent & Organizational Development at Fukarin Network in Tokyo, she oversees global recruitment, leadership development, and workforce planning to support the company’s mission of connecting experts worldwide through blockchain technology.
Educated at Yonsei University (B.A. in Business Administration) and holding an M.S. in Human Resource Management from the London School of Economics (LSE), Seo-yeon has worked with global technology firms and consulting agencies in Seoul, Singapore, and Tokyo. She is skilled in designing competency frameworks, implementing digital HR systems, and aligning people strategies with business growth objectives.
Before joining Fukarin Network, Seo-yeon led regional HR operations for a Fortune 500 technology company in the Asia-Pacific, where she spearheaded diversity & inclusion programs and cross-border mobility initiatives. Hiroshi Tanaka is a Tokyo-based technology strategist specializing in blockchain integration, decentralized applications, and expert network solutions.
